Milk Mustache Mania jokes that photographer David LaChapelle just happened to be walking down a street in downtown Los Angeles with his camera at the moment Jackie was making a daring escape on a rope ladder attached to a rescue helicopter after downing a quart of milk. The book lists his real name as Chan Kwong Sang, born April 7, 1954 in Hong Kong, with milk as his favorite beverage. Its page opens a “More Stars” section.
