A 1990s “Milk Mustache” novelty greeting card parodying the got milk? campaign with a Bill Clinton lookalike wearing a milk mustache: “My policy is to down a tall glass of cold cow juice every morning with breakfast… So do I love milk? All I can say is, ‘I inhale it.’” — a spoof of Clinton’s “I didn’t inhale.” Inside reads “It’s your birthday. Milk it for all it’s worth.” Sold as a boxed pair with the Hillary Clinton card.
